Your responsibilities include:
- Lead Qualification and Generation: Engage with inbound leads, assess their needs, and qualify them for sales opportunities. Maintain a positive first experience by effectively communicating Scoro’s benefits and values to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
- Utilize a Multi-Channel Approach: Communicate effectively with potential clients using a multi-channel strategy, including calls, emails, and social selling.
- Build and Manage Prospect Lists: Identify and maintain lists of companies and leads that match our ideal customer profile. Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads and sales activities efficiently.
- Product Knowledge: Being a product expert, enthusiastically advocating its features and benefits, serving as an ambassador, and sharing our product value.
- Collaboration: Work with the global team, collaborating with marketing and sales to drive success.
