As an SDR, your role involves identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the company. As the initial point of contact with potential clients, to be successful in this role, you should have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the sales process, and a drive to meet your goals. You will collaborate closely with both the marketing and sales teams to to achieve great success!

Your responsibilities include:

  • Lead Qualification and Generation: Engage with inbound leads, assess their needs, and qualify them for sales opportunities. Maintain a positive first experience by effectively communicating Scoro’s benefits and values to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Utilize a Multi-Channel Approach: Communicate effectively with potential clients using a multi-channel strategy, including calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Build and Manage Prospect Lists: Identify and maintain lists of companies and leads that match our ideal customer profile. Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads and sales activities efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge: Being a product expert, enthusiastically advocating its features and benefits, serving as an ambassador, and sharing our product value.
  • Collaboration: Work with the global team, collaborating with marketing and sales to drive success.

You might be our newest Scorer if you have:

  • Experience in SaaS Sales or a strong interest in entering the field;
  • Strong pitching and communication skills with the ability to cultivate influential relationships;
  • Ability to learn/understand and articulate our solution sets and value propositions;
  • Ability to quickly synthesize and put to use new information;
  • Cultural awareness and understanding of diverse businesses and fields;
  • Curiosity and interest in technology and software, with an eagerness to dive into technical details;
  • Excellent listening skills and strong time management, paired with a proactive, results-driven attitude;
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
